Tech checks are done prior to VIRTUAL session (typically a day or two before) through Teams to ensure the respondent is ready for the Live Virtual session. We ensure respondent can log in via TEAMS, ensure audio and video are working on mobile device/computer, check internet connectivity and answer any questions respondent may have about the live session.
