As part of the Harrison, Walker & Harper (HWH) family of companies, Rodgers Wade produces custom millwork, casework, fixtures, and displays for leading global brands — combining skilled craftsmanship with large-scale production capability.About the RoleAs a Project Coordinator, you'll act as the central hub between customers, sales, estimating, and production teams to ensure the smooth and successful execution of multiple projects from bid through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesInterfaces with customers, sales and estimating to ensure successful and profitable completion of multiple projects.Confers with estimators during bid process to provide input as required and become familiar with project.Participates in prototype and other design review as required.Identifies critical schedule milestones and creates a plan to achieve them.Creates proper customer expectations regarding quality and schedule.
