Could you be the full-time onsite CARP Project Coordinator in Newark, NJ we're looking for?Your Future RoleThe Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and tracking of rail projects at the Newark (EWR) site. This role ensures coordination between project teams, operations, engineering, suppliers, and customers. We'll look to you for:Assisting Project Managers with project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesCoordinating project activities across maintenance, engineering, procurement, and operations teamsTracking project progress using standard project management toolsMaintaining project documentation including reports, logs, and registersPreparing weekly and monthly status reportsCoordinating meetings and track action itemsMonitoring project budgets and support cost control activitiesSupporting invoicing processes including tracking billable work, preparing invoice documentation, and coordinating with finance and clients for timely billing and paymentEnsuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standardsSupporting on-site logistics and operational coordinationAll About YouWe value passion and attitude over experience.

Instead, we've listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role:Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, or related field2–5 years of experience in project coordination/planning, or similar roleExperience in transportation or industrial environments preferredStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in SAP/Global System Integrator systems (GSI)Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, primarily ExcelKnowledge of project management and invoicing processesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSalary Range: $80,000-$90,000 DOEYou don't need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
