Project CoordinatorOur small but growing company needs a responsible, reliable Project Coordinator to organize and coordinate the day-to-day administrative aspects of the company's various projects. This position will play an integral role in the quality and organizational strength of our company. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. Excellent time management and communication skills are crucial with collaboration between internal and external teams.

Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, are essential. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work efficiently, and excellent client-facing communication skills. We're looking for someone who can operate effectively with little or no supervision and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed.The following is a list of some of the functions of this position:Organize and oversee the collection, assembly and delivery of various project deliverablesMonitor the progress of projects and compose/update project schedulesPerform quality assurance and quality control processes on project documents and drawings to establish standards and requirements are metCommunicate with Project Managers and key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on timeTrack and enforce follow-through of continuous improvement effortsConduct and manage construction administrative duties, manage and respond to emails and update corresponding Outlook calendarsCreate project folders at the direction of management.Process, respond and track Requests for Information and Submittal requestsCreate, edit, and maintain documents such as memos, letters of transmittal, spreadsheets and reportsCreate, compile and format tables of contents, specifications and reports as needed by the Project ManagersProvide guidance and feedback for achieving goalsEstablish and maintain relationship with partnering print shops when appropriatePhysically retrieve prints and deliver in-person drawings to clients or mailing facilities within the county when requiredSchedule and attend project-related meetings and transcribe meeting minutesProvide administrative support to the operations team including setting up travel arrangementsAssist in coordinating the training of staff members and new hires as neededImplement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completionAssist with a variety of office-related tasks as neededKey Characteristics of the Project CoordinatorCalled – A strong sense of knowing who you are (i.e., gifts, talents, competencies) and how you are to spend your life.

People skills, organizational, and communication abilities must be truly remarkable, this person will be excellent at vision-casting in a manner that inspires others to join with us and develop solid relationships.Minimum RequirementsThe Project Coordinator shall meet the following minimum requirements:Associate degree, preferredMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience requiredProficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelDetail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentSuperior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely mannerExceptional communication skills, both oral and writtenCustomer-service orientedAbility to multi-task and prioritize projectsAble to complete tasks with minimal supervisionTyping speed suggested: minimum 60 WPM with 90 percent accuracyPleasant, friendly dispositionThis position is located in Melbourne, FLThis is a hybrid position
