Project CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator (PC) reports to the Project Manager (PM). The PC develops and implements maintenance and repair schedules for overseas technicians in support of Department of State facilities.ResponsibilitiesEssential Job Functions:Develop and implement schedules, utilizing work plansCommunicating with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinating the support required for scheduled projectsWork internally and externally to confirm travel arrangements, passports, visas and country entry requirementsTrack all needed documents, materials and scopes to ensure trips can be executed efficiently and effectivelyContribute to updates and improvements for internal processes and procedures.Assist with Client deliverables and reportsCreate and submit eCCs and all other pertinent data required for scheduled projectsServe as the primary POC for all schedule items, to include Embassy personnel, client personnel, and Program Management Office (PMO) and field personnelResearch and record, travel related informationRespond to urgent requests requiring expedited response to high level client stakeholdersTrack program goals and target numbersProvide rotational on-call support during off hours to support travel emergenciesAdditional tasks and duties as assignedQualificationsNecessary Skills and Knowledge:Must have experience with Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational, time management, and task prioritization skillsStrong ability to multitask and work in a very fast paced environmentAbility to work independently and with a teamMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalentLevel 1 – Minimum 1 – 3 years of related experienceLevel 2 – Minimum 3+ years of related experienceLevel 3 - Minimum 5+ years of related experience and proficient in the management of 1-5 staff membersAbility to obtain a Secret ClearancePay and BenefitsAt Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
