Project CoordinatorLocation: Frisco TX (Onsite)Project Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate activities for data center migration planningSupport migration phases such as planning, readiness, execution, cutover, and decommissioningAlignment of activities with approved project planGovernance, Reporting & ControlsEnsure timely routing of issues to RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Assist Project Manager/Technical Team in publish status reports, dashboards, and leadership updatesTrack mandatory security, access, safety, and other trainings for complianceSupport change management processes to get timely approvals and the needed documentationStakeholder ManagementCoordination between project manager, planner, field technicians, data center operation team, and hosting providersSchedule and coordinate meetings with stakeholders and customer for migration planningCoordinate and work with team for MOPs for the CRQCoordinate resources and communication Technical Team for status calls, readiness reviews, and cutover bridgesFollow up on action items, approvals, access requests, and site readiness tasks with internal and external stakeholdersCutover & Migration SupportSupport migration execution by coordinating cutover activities, activity sequencing etc.Track real-time progress during migration events and escalate issues as required
