Project Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Project Controls Coordinator who enjoys bringing organization, accountability, and visibility to complex projects. This is an opportunity to work across multiple departments, collaborate with key stakeholders, and play an important role in keeping projects on schedule and within budget.

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, project accounting, manufacturing, construction, or a related environment.
• Proven experience with project cost tracking, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, proactively solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Power BI is a plus.
