Job Title: Project Coordinator (Candidate should be residing in VA)

Location: Herndon, VA (On site)

Duration: 6+ Months (Possibilities of extension)

Shift: I st shift

Job Description:

• This role supports scheduling for Electric Distribution contractors and crews.
• The role will schedule and coordinate accelerated work requests for Client craft and contractor resources for multiple Electric Distribution locations.
• Ensure timely services for accelerated residential customers.
• Assists in monitoring company/contractor performance and reviews job completion to support performance reporting; reschedules and prioritizes the work plan as events dictate.
• Ability to apply operational principles to variety of work situations/pipelines.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office Suite, SAP EWAM and be proficient in using these products
• Will perform other duties as requested or needed.
• Strong communication skills, scheduling, and time management.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Working knowledge of SAP EWAM (Work Management and Scheduling modules), will be trained as necessary.
• HS Diploma is a min requirement.
