Solar Connection Process ManagerThis role supports the management of the solar connection process, specifically the interconnection application queues in Colorado, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
Key responsibilities include processing applications, coordinating consultants, handling administrative tasks, managing consultant invoices, facilitating communication with internal stakeholders (PM team, DER management, DER engineering), managing KPIs related to lean processes, coordinating customer communication via Salesforce portal, and answering technical customer and developer questions with support from engineering.The role includes daily reporting on applications, prioritizing work based on KPIs, answering and escalating technical questions from customers, coordinating the contract signing process, participating in meetings to review application status, tracking follow-ups from stakeholders, and supporting application flow and consultant coordination.This position maps to our Engineering classification and agencies. This position is intended for roles requiring technical experience such as engineering or construction. Gathers, analyzes, translates and delivers information in clear, concise and meaningful formats based on specific project and/or program requirements and according to established project management standards. Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, communication and cost management. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Provides input to project research information. Facilitates collaborative documents and data stores. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. May coordinate the activities of a project sub team and/or project activities to the extent those efforts might affect completion of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
