Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution within the industrial manufacturing and mechanical piping solutions industry. The role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines, managing documentation, monitoring orders and deliveries, and ensuring effective communication between internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, trackers, status reports, and documentation.
• Liaise with Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate with customers and contractors regarding project updates, requirements, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status, material availability, production progress, and shipment schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, including purchase orders, technical submittals, drawings, approvals, and contracts.
• Track project milestones, identify potential delays, and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Assist Project Managers with budget tracking, invoicing coordination, change orders, and project closure.
• Identify opportunities to improve project coordination and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing, mechanical engineering, piping systems, or construction is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and project management tools.
