The Project Coordinator also assists managers, physician leads and directors on projects.Essential Job Functions:Supports the development of project plans and implementation timelines to meet goals and deadlinesAble to efficiently and effectively coordinate multiple projects at the same timeOrganizes and facilitates meetings and creates presentations to provide status updatesAble to independently problem solve project issuesAble to assess and report on project progressPerforms research by gathering data from a variety of healthcare sources, including internal and external data/researchProvides support for grant, budget, and regulatory reportsDocuments project workflows and learns new project management tools as neededPerforms other job duties as required by manager/supervisorQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredMaster's degree preferred2+ years in a Project Coordinator role preferredPrevious experience in a healthcare setting is a plusPrevious experience with Epic EHR system, SQL and other common analytic/data tools is a plusExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skillsInvestigative and able to thrive in a dynamic, problem-solving environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, able to build relationships and work with all levels of staff, including C-SuiteDetailed oriented and thorough even while working on tight deadlinesAbility to multi-task, organize and prioritize workFlexibility to shift focus and handle urgent tasksTeam OrientedLanguage:Ability to read and write English fluently is required.The ability to speak a second language is an asset.Status:This is a FLSA non-exempt position.This is not an OSHA high-riskThis is a Full Time position.NEMS is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer welcoming diversity in our workforce.
