Project CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator plays a critical role in guiding clients through the pre-construction and home selections process while ensuring projects stay aligned with budget, timelines, and construction requirements.This position serves as the bridge between clients, Sales, Design, and Construction teams, helping homeowners make informed decisions on finishes, fixtures, and materials while maintaining the integrity of the build. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and possesses a strong understanding of residential construction, building materials, and home plans.This is not an interior designer role. We are seeking someone who understands how homes are built and can confidently communicate construction concepts to clients while creating an exceptional customer experience.
