Project CoordinatorThe Project Coordinator supports Red River's Professional Services Project Management Office by independently managing low-complexity customer projects while supporting operational workflows that improve project delivery efficiency across the PMO. This role is responsible for managing lower-complexity projects from project intake through closeout, ensuring consistent communication, documentation, scheduling coordination, and adherence to processes. Projects assigned to this role typically follow structured and repeatable delivery models with lower execution risk and limited technical complexity.

In addition to managing assigned projects, this role supports project setup, documentation governance, Managed Services transitions, and project closeout activities that help increase delivery efficiency for Project Managers and Senior Project Managers. The Project Coordinator serves as an entry point into Red River's project management career path and is expected to develop strong execution discipline, communication skills, and operational knowledge of Red River's delivery processes.Primary Position TasksManage assigned low-complexity projects throughout the project lifecycle from intake through closeoutCoordinate customer scheduling, meetings, and project communications for assigned projectsBuild and maintain project records within approved project management systemsReview project intake documentation including Statements of Work, LOEs, purchase orders, and supporting documentationCreate project setup documentation and maintain project documentation repositoriesSupport project scheduling and execution readiness activities for assigned projectsTrack project progress, risks, action items, and deliverablesCoordinate customer acceptance documentation and project closeout activitiesSupport Managed Services transition activities for qualifying projectsProvide execution support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers during large deployment events when neededEscalate project risks, scope increases, or complexity changes to PMO leadership when appropriateMaintain adherence to Red River PMO processes, documentation standards, and operational proceduresSupport continuous improvement initiatives across project workflowsOther business duties as assignedSuccess CriteriaProjects are delivered on time and within scope expectationsProject documentation is accurate, complete, and stored properlyProject setup activities are completed accurately and efficientlyManaged Services transitions are completed with minimal delaysProject closeout activities are completed on timeRisks are escalated appropriatelyCustomers and internal stakeholders receive consistent communication throughout project execution.Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements1–3 years of project coordination, project support, operations coordination, or related experienceBachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experienceExperience working with project tracking systems, Microsoft Office tools, and collaboration platformsCAPM certification is preferred but not requiredPreferred Education/Certification/ExperienceExperience supporting technical projects or professional services organizationsExperience working in customer-facing coordination rolesFamiliarity with technology deployment projects is preferredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesProficient with SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and ProjectManager.com.Strong organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple smaller projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detailAbility to follow structured processesStrong documentation disciplineAbility to escalate issues appropriatelyAbility to work effectively with customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities within structured project environmentsEssential Elements (Mental; Physical; Equipment used)This position is an office position that requires remaining in a stationary position for multiple hours throughout the workday.This position requires the ability to continuously communicate with co-workers throughout the day utilizing Red River approved and/or provided communication tools and equipment.Special Requirements: This position may require limited travel to customer sites, Red River offices, or partner locations as needed.Travel is expected to be minimal and based on project requirements.
