We are seeking to hire a full-time Coordinator to assist with our growing Bond Release Services division. It is not a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required.Responsibilities:Site visits to document the project status.Meetings with County personnel.Manage and communicate with utility companies.Observe construction activities in the field.Prepare and deliver bond documents to County and State jurisdictions.Utilize computer software to organize project documents.Generate digital copy of punch lists and associated plans to send to clients.Support Bond Management Director and Senior Project Managers.Review construction plans and plats.Qualifications:At a minimum 2 years of experience in construction, homebuilding or real estate development industriesStrong professional communicator and organizational skillsPermit application and processing knowledge is preferred.Experience using office technology suite; Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.Strong communication and critical thinking skillsExperience with reading construction plansCompensation:Competitive SalaryYearly BonusHealth, Vision and Dental InsurancePTO and Paid Holidays401K w/ Company MatchCell phone, computer and mileage reimbursement for business related travelDFM Development Services, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and makes hiring decisions solely on the basis of merit.
