💰 $55,000–$65,000 | Full-Time | Office-Based

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support active construction projects in the Asheville, NC area!

This is a great opportunity for an experienced construction coordinator who enjoys being the organizational hub of a project—working closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, field teams, homeowners, and program partners to keep projects on schedule and documentation up to date.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Project Manager with the day-to-day coordination of construction projects
• Schedule subcontractors, crews, inspections, and project milestones
• Assist with cost estimates and project invoicing
• Support permitting activities and track permit status
• Request inspections and coordinate required documentation
• Communicate directly with homeowners regarding scheduling, access, and project updates
• Process and track warranty claims
• Maintain accurate project documentation and builder files
• Coordinate with program managers and keep project systems up to date
• Ensure documentation meets applicable federal program requirements
• Provide project support to superintendents and field teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience coordinating construction, restoration, or grant-funded projects
• Strong Excel and document management skills
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore, RedTeam, or similar preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and project stakeholders
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Local to the Asheville area preferred
