Project Coordinator DESKTOP TECHProvide technical leadership and support for PC Refresh technicians, including scheduling and monitoring PC Refreshes tickets. Follow PC Refresh/IMAC Best Practice to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of the PC Refresh deployment process. Assist with onboarding and training of new PC Refresh technicians.
Monitor calls, incidents and requests using client provided ServiceNow tool. Present Refresh status/performance to management on a weekly basisTOP 2: Great Customer Service, Team Leadership Skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.Work schedule for this position: (M-F) 7:30am-4:30pm.
