Stelic LLC in Germantown, MD seeks ProjectControls Lead (Specialist). Develop and maintain project schedules usingPrimavera P6 or Microsoft Project; analyze project progress and performance againstbaseline schedules; prepare cost estimates and forecasts for project budgets;manage cost control systems to monitor project expenditures and variances;create and maintain earned value management (EVM) reports to track projectperformance; coordinate with project managers and teams to resolve schedulingand cost issues; prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders;perform risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies; ensure compliancewith organizational and client standards for project controls; utilize softwaretools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI for data analysis andreporting; monitor procurement schedules and vendor performance; maintaindocumentation for change management and project controls processes.
Travel: Must be willing totravel and relocate to unanticipated client locations all over the U.S. 1-2times per year. 100% telecommuting from home allowed from anywhere in theUnited States when not at client site.
Requirements
Must possess 5 yearsof experience in the job offered or a related role. Must possess ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) Credential. Must have the followingcertifications: Certified Expert in Forensic Schedule; Advance Primavera P6Schedule Building for Contractors; and Financial management.
