Project Controls Coordinator (Entry Level)We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Coordinator (Entry Level) to support project forecasting, scheduling, budgeting, and performance tracking across multiple initiatives. From structured career paths and paid professional development to access to industry events, we're committed to your success.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the development and maintenance of project schedules using tools such as Excel, MS Project, or equivalent.Support cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Compile and analyze project performance data (cost, schedule, earned value) to prepare reports.Assist with tracking resource usage, procurement status, and risk mitigation actions.Maintain accurate records of project change orders, scope changes, and schedule revisions.Coordinate with project managers to gather input and verify data accuracy.Participate in internal and external project meetings and provide project control inputs as required in coordination with the Comptroller.Support compliance with project control procedures and reporting standards.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related role (internships or co-ops count).Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent planning software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.Other US Resident | US CitizenFully Bilingual (Spanish and English)Work Modality: HybridBenefits and PerksWe believe in supporting our employees' well-being, growth, and work-life balance.
