About the Role

We are seeking a Project Controls Coordinator II to join our team. This role focuses on data capture, analysis, and investigating business issues or processes. You will provide project support in areas such as project analysis, requisition creation, due diligence, monitoring project spend, and departmental/project budgeting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to create projects and requisitions within Oracle Cloud.
• Input, execute, track, and report on change orders.
• Monitor and track project pay activities (CWIP) and vendor invoicing to assist in forecasting capital activities.
• Support engineers and technologists in developing forecasts and preparing financial reports for leadership.
• Assist with forecasting and monthly close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Build financial models and reports for accurate tracking of program financials.
• Liaise with Accounts Payable, Engineering, Construction, and other departments to ensure timely vendor invoice processing.

• Operate within well-defined parameters while receiving direction from senior roles.
• Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and evaluate data to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

Required:

• University degree or technical diploma in a related field.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and company databases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
