Project Controls Analyst

To support a growing Advisory practice, the full-time Project Controls Analyst will manage client projects to ensure they meet financial, schedule, and performance targets, with the option to work fully remote, hybrid, or onsite. Key responsibilities Prepare regular cost reports, track actual and committed costs, and update forecasts based on project progress Lead project controls functions, including budget establishment, performance analysis, and contractor invoice recommendations Coordinate with project personnel to develop effective Work Breakdown Structures and communicate budget, cost, and schedule analyses Required qualifications BA/BS degree with 4 years of related experience in project controls or equivalent experience/education At least 2 years of management consulting experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience in project planning and scheduling methods, practices, and earned value Ability to lead project controls functions for a diverse portfolio of projects
