This position blends project controls, financial analysis, and project management support within a collaborative consulting environment.

The Project Controls Analyst works closely with Project Managers, Project Controls professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to help ensure projects are delivered in alignment with scope, budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements.If you're passionate about supporting projects that shape communities and enjoy working at the intersection of finance, scheduling, and project delivery, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project cost, schedule, forecast, and resource tracking across multiple active projectsMaintain accurate project financial data, forecasts, and performance reportsAssist with development and maintenance of project budgets, estimates, schedules, and proposalsSupport contract administration from project setup through close-out, including subconsultant coordination and compliance trackingAssist with invoicing, budget verification, and Accounts Receivable follow-upCoordinate with subconsultants regarding invoice reviews, revisions, and compliance requirementsPrepare project documentation including reports, correspondence, transmittals, setup forms, and implementation plansMaintain organized project records and document control systemsSupport internal quality management requirements, audits, and compliance (ISO-related or similar)Enter and maintain staffing and resource assignments in internal resource management toolsTrack and log project administration items such as RFIs, submittals, and related documentsCollaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, Project Controls staff, and Business Center leadership to support successful project deliveryCapabilities & CredentialsSolid understanding of project controls concepts, including cost, schedule, performance, and risk trackingStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities across several projects in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervisionExcellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasksStrong written and verbal communication skills, including professional documentationProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong emphasis on advanced ExcelAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and client portalsExperience with project dashboards and financial systemsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience3–5+ years of relevant experience in project coordination and financial analysisKnowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is preferredThis description is not a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required of the employee.
