Job Description & Skill Requirement:

1. Project Controls, Cost & Schedule Management

• Support project cost tracking, cost estimating, forecasting, cost trending, and performance reporting using established project control tools and processes.

• Maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project (MSP), perform schedule trending analysis, and generate S-curve metrics to monitor project execution performance.

2. Equipment Tracking & Planning Support

• Maintain equipment tracking registers, monitor procurement and delivery status, and track budgetary vendor proposals and quotations against project requirements.

• Support Last Planner activities by maintaining PPC metrics, consolidated project trackers, and reporting schedule risks, deviations, and planning performance indicators

3. Project Reporting & Governance

• Maintain project action logs, issue registers, decision logs, and project control records to support effective project execution and stakeholder alignment.

• Prepare recurring project status reports, dashboards, KPI summaries, and management updates for project stakeholders.

4. Engineering Information & Document Management

• Retrieve engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and technical records from SPIDER and other document management systems to support project execution and design activities.

• Maintain organized project documentation, engineering records, and tracking tools to ensure information accuracy, accessibility, and version control
