Responsibilities:
- Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Verify invoice amounts against contract terms, PO limits, and approved amendments.
- Validate vendor information, payment terms, and project cost coding.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing, accounts payable, and approval policies.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues before invoices are approved for payment.
Qualifications:
- Experience with invoice review, purchase orders, accounts payable, procurement, or project controls.
- Understanding of contract requirements, payment terms, and cost tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel. xhqgsiq
- Experience with Maximo and Power BI is a plus.
