Project AssistantImmediate need for a talented Project Assistant. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Vancouver, WA (Onsite). Pay Range: $21 - $22.50/hour.

Maintain tracking system for projects.Update record copies, engineering project documentation and changes.Provide information to facilitate questions regarding projects and prepare research information.Record minutes from Project Manager/team meetings.Answer phones and direct calls.Collect and distribute client bills and invoices.Type memos, correspondence, reports and other documents as requested.Coordinate travel arrangements and any other internal services for various project needs.Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor and/or supplier presentations, meetings and interviews, including set-up and cleanup.Schedule and set-up client interviews, presentations and other meetings as requested.Update the project calendar and roster.Maintain data entry of project contact list and project execution plans.Other job duties as assigned.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Skills- Min 2 years of experience supporting Document Control, Administrative & Clerical Duties.Strong Administrative Clerical & Project Management Support, Office Operations, Document Control, Tracking Progress reports, Calendar & Travel Management, Supporting Construction & Engineering Documents skills.High School Diploma/GED Required.Applicable office/clerical experience PreferredProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Professional written and verbal communication.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong customer service or client-service mindset.Experience supporting multiple managers or project teams.
