This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career within the construction and restoration industry.ResponsibilitiesMaterial Delivery & LogisticsDeliver materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites safely and efficientlyEnsure timely and accurate deliveries to support project schedulesAssist with inventory organization and material tracking as neededProject Site SupportConduct routine job site inspections to verify subcontractor compliance with site cleanliness and security requirementsDocument findings and provide reports, including photo documentation, to Project ManagersMonitor project conditions and communicate concerns or issues promptlyGeneral Labor & Job Site AssistanceAssist with job site setup and preparationPerform basic demolition and reconstruction support tasksInstall masking, containment barriers, and protective materialsAssist with job site cleanup and organizationSupport field crews with various restoration and reconstruction activitiesProject Coordination SupportAssist Project Managers with administrative and operational tasksHelp maintain project documentation and communicationSupport scheduling, coordination, and other duties to ensure smooth project executionContribute to maintaining high-quality standards across all projectsRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalentConstruction experience preferred but not requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background check and drug screeningBasic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and job site safety practicesStrong communication and teamwork skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesDetail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solvingPhysical Requirements & Working ConditionsThis position primarily works on active construction and restoration job sites and requires adherence to all safety regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).Team members must be able to:Lift and carry up to 50 poundsPerform manual labor and physically demanding tasksStand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various positions throughout the dayWork indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditionsSafely navigate active construction environmentsApply today and become part of a team committed to restoring properties, rebuilding trust, and serving our communities with excellence.
