The Role

- Identify potential coordination bottlenecks and help implement practical solutions.
- Maintain project documentation, inventory logs, and status trackers.
- Support resource allocation and day-to-day project logistics.
- Review team outcomes and identify opportunities to improve workflow processes.
What You’ll Need
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily deadlines.
- Confidence coordinating tasks and working alongside different teams.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and task management tools.
- Previous project support, administrative, customer service, or operations experience is an asset.
