An established and growing architecture firm with eight offices across the U.S. is seeking a Project Architect to join its Tampa team. This is a great opportunity for a licensed architect who enjoys leading projects, working directly with clients, and mentoring project teams.
Projects will primarily focus on Multifamily, Retail and Commercial development projects.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from design through construction and closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, quality, and deliverables
- Serve as a primary contact for clients and consultants
- Coordinate and mentor internal project teams
- Oversee drawings, specifications, and construction documents
- Manage multiple projects while working closely with firm leadership
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect within an NCARB jurisdiction
- 7+ years of architectural experience
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience leading teams and coordinating consultants
- Multifamily and/or financial services experience is a plus
