Title: Project Architect (Revit Focused)

Position Overview

• The Project Architect is responsible for the day-to-day production of construction documents and technical drawings, typically acting as the bridge between project managers and junior drafting staff.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule, handle consultant coordination, and oversee Revit production from schematic design through construction administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Production: Producing high-quality construction documents (CDs), drawings, and technical details.
• Coordination: Managing coordination between consultants (MEP, structural) and ensuring plans comply with building codes.
• Project Phases: Support all phases, including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Administration (such as reviewing shop drawings and RFIs).
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between the Project Manager, consultants, and clients for daily project operations.
• Mentorship: Assigning tasks to junior staff, checking their work, while maintaining drafting standards.

Required Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• Years of experience not including internships: 8-10 years
• Licensed or on track to become licensed
• Proficiency in Revit is a must
• Strong leadership skills
