Project Architect / Commercial Architect

Our client is seeking a collaborative Project Architect who thrives in a design-driven environment and enjoys guiding projects from concept through construction while working alongside a highly respected team of architects and designers.

Compensation: $60,000 - $95,000 annually DOE
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead projects through schematic design, construction documents, and administration
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal design teams
* Manage multiple commercial and residential projects simultaneously
* Produce technical drawings and construction documentation
* Oversee detailing, specifications, and project quality
* Support project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
* Collaborate with architects, designers, and firm leadership
What You'll Need to be Considered:
* Be able to do the job as described.
* Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
* Strong technical detailing and construction documentation skills
* Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure preferred
* Experience with Vectorworks, SketchUp, or transferable CAD platforms
