Project Architect

Our Senior Project Architect will take a leadership role in managing architectural projects and guiding design teams to achieve high-quality results. This position requires advanced expertise in architectural design and project management, along with strong client relationship skills.

Duties and responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Lead architectural projects frominceptionto completion, ensuring alignment with client goals, budget constraints, and timelines.
• Design Oversight : Develop and refine architectural designs, providing creative and innovative solutions that meet projectobjectives.
• Team Management : Supervise and mentor project architects and design teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients,maintainingstrong relationships and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure all project documentation adheres to quality standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
• Financial Management : Develop and manage project budgets, trackingexpendituresand ensuring projectsremainfinanciallyviable.
• Collaboration : Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers and consultants, to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.

Requirements and Skills

• Education : Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Architecturefrom an accredited institution.
• Licensure : Active Architect license in the relevant state(s).
• Experience : 5-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
