What You'll Do
* Create, manage and produce projects primarily for the booming advanced technology market sector. Additional market sectors with opportunities to support include: industrial, municipal, recreational, higher education, healthcare and other institutional and commercial clients.
* Provide the primary designer and leadership roles to our multi‑disciplinary teams on projects throughout all stages, from concept to delivery.
* Mentor mid‑level architectural staff
* Participate in business development pursuits.
* Generate work and create long‑term client relationships.
* Developing, reviewing, and approving proposals, reports and contract documents.
What You'll Need
* Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, required; Masters preferred, from a NAAB accredited university
* Registered Architect in Arizona preferred, NCARB preferred
* 8-12 years of experience in architectural design and planning of facilities within core markets
* Detailed understanding of construction techniques and the development of final construction documents.
* Demonstrated experience developing project specifications.
* Demonstrated project management and supervisory experience.

* Demonstrated design insight and leadership.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
