This position reports to the Project Manager and will work in the Pompano Beach, FL facility.As a Project Administrator of the Pompano Beach team, you will be responsible for driving execution and momentum across multiple product development projects from concept to launch.
This role is critical in ensuring projects stay on track by proactively coordinating activities, removing obstacles, and holding teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables. This position serves as a key liaison between engineering, quality, sourcing, production, and project management, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and efficient execution throughout the product lifecycle.General ResponsibilitiesDrive project execution across multiple initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones and deliverables are metProactively track progress and follow up with team members to keep projects moving and prevent delaysOwn project schedules, including toll gate review prep and approvals, ensuring adherence and accountabilityAnticipate risks and bottlenecks, escalate issues early, and implement mitigation strategiesActively remove roadblocks by coordinating across engineering, sourcing, production and quality teamsLead regular project meetings (weekly/bi-weekly) with a focus on action item, accountability, and resultsAssign responsibilities and track deliverables to ensure timely completionFacilitate seamless cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and clarityFacilitate and track the movement of parts through the facility to ensure timely progression and minimize delaysEnsure material readiness for prototype, pre-production and field trial buildsCoordinate external testing, field trials, and prototype shipments with strong attention to detailSupport purchasing activities, including requisitions (D365/Amazon) to maintain project flowCoordinate shipment of prototypes, field trials and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and maintenance of detailed logsTrack project costs and identify efficiency opportunitiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date project trackers and status in Antura and MS Office ToolsDevelop clear documentation for regular updatesContinuously identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiencyTake ownership of additional tasks as needed to support project successWhat Do We Offer?You are offered an interesting role in a dynamic, fast paced and global environment with great opportunities to grow, evolve with the company and take on new challenges.Medical/Dental/Vision InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Disability insurance (STD/LTD)401 (k) with company matchPTOCompany defined holidays and two floating holidays for you to use as you choosePaid maternity/paternity leaveTuition assistanceMembership reimbursement (wholesale club and gym)Employee discounts on our incredible productsOpportunities to make an impactSkills & RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will bring demonstrated success in a high mix/low volume manufacturing environment.
