Job DescriptionAs Project Administrator, you will support Project Managers in the successful execution of construction projects by managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with permitting and insurance requirements, and facilitating smooth coordination between stakeholders.What You'll Be DoingEnter and maintain data records in computer databases.Coordinate permits, certificates of insurance, and bonding acquisition.Communicate with building officials and inspectors to ensure compliance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing support as needed.Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and delivered on time.CompensationThis is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $34,560 – $45,360 annually.
