Coach and train accounting staff. Lead projects to identify processing efficiencies and internal control improvements.Oversee audits of the company pension and 401(k) plansExpected travel 20% - 25%QualificationsBachelor’s degree in AccountingCPA / CMA / MBA preferred5+ years of Accounting experience, strong technical US GAAP accounting knowledgePrior Audit Experience, from public, preferably Big-4Strong working knowledge Microsoft Office; proficient in Excel, Access, and Word.
