Project Accountant
Construction client in business for decades has a new permanent opportunity for a Project Accountant due to growth. The company works throughout the US and they are recognized as an industry leader in their sector. The Project Accountant will work with leadership, Project Managers and various teams. Approximate Salary of $70,000 - $90,000 + Bonus based on experience

Responsibilities of the Project Accountant:

• Responsible for invoicing, lien waivers, pay estimates, payroll analysis, transportation data and ad hoc reports per contract details
• Review and analyze billing reports to ensure timely receipt of receivables due
• Analyze pay estimates throughout project cycles
• Assist AP team on subcontractor and supplier payments per contract terms
• Assist with cash management reporting
• Function as the main point of contact for documents required for subcontractors, suppliers, corporate, Project Managers and for compliance

Ideal Experience for the Project Accountant Role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related
• 1+ years of Accounting, AR, and/or billing experience
• Advanced Excel, experience working with large, complex data sets
• Strong technology, systems skills
• Strong communication skills
