Project AccountantKimley-Horn is looking for a Project Accountant to join our Sacramento, California office! This is an in-office position based at 555 Capitol Mall Suite 300, Sacramento, CA 95814.ResponsibilitiesMonthly financial analysis and on-going revenue recognitionWork with Project Managers in a variety of disciplinesMeeting multiple critical deadlines on a monthly basisEnsure all billing transactions are completed and accurately recorded in MIS systemPrepare invoices and complete monthly billingContract management and reviewCoordinate and pursue receivablesMonthly travel to other offices within the regionQualifications2+ years of accounting experienceBachelors or Masters Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degreeSolid understanding of accounting fundamentalsHigh degree of professionalism and strong people skillsMust be an excellent team playerStrong knowledge of Excel and Word requiredExperience using computerized accounting systemsSalary Range: $75,000-$95,000 depending on relevant experienceWhy Kimley-Horn?At Kimley-Horn, we do things differently.
