Overseeing project cost accounting in a remote capacity, the full-time Project Accountant will manage financial reporting, liaise with corporate accounting functions, and ensure compliance with accounting policies while supporting operations management. Key responsibilities Oversee and report on project cost accounting in adherence to company policies Identify, research, and resolve project issues while managing monthly invoicing processes Review and analyze key performance metrics to support continuous improvement processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience required Seven or more years of corporate accounting experience preferred Prior project accounting experience within the architecture, engineering, and/or construction industry preferred Thorough knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems required, with Deltek Vantagepoint preferred Relevant certification (e.g., CMA or CPA) preferred but not required
