🚨 2 PROJECT ACCOUNTANT OPENINGS | HIGH-GROWTH GENERAL CONTRACTORA rapidly growing General Contractor is looking to add 2 Project Accountants to its dynamic Project Accounting team — with the potential for one position to be at the Senior level depending on experience.If you're a Project Accountant coming from a General Contractor, have experience managing high-volume WIP/project accounting, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this could be a great opportunity.As always, this is a permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried position (this is NOT a temp role or temp to perm).They are located in midtown and are in the office 4 days and remote 1 day.Compensation Package based on experience:Base: $90- $130k base + discretionary bonus What You’ll Be DoingManage project accounting for roughly $25M in projects per PAHandle high-volume vendor activity — sometimes 20+ vendors per projectOwn WIP and project accounting responsibilitiesPartner closely with project teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholdersPrioritize competing deadlines while maintaining accuracyWork independently while communicating effectively across the organization What They’re Looking ForMust already have Project Accounting experienceHigh-volume project accounting experience is essentialGC experience strongly preferredConstruction Management backgrounds considered for candidates coming from the subcontractor sideResidential construction experience highly preferred, particularly high-end residentialStrong organizational and prioritization skillsSelf-sufficient, proactive, and an excellent communicatorGreat attitude and ability to work well within a highly collaborative, dynamic teamSage Intacct experience is highly preferred — they recently transitioned to the platform Why Consider It?This is a company that's doing extremely well and continuing to expand nationally, with plans to potentially 2–3x revenue over the next 3–5 years.You'll be joining a team of approximately 6 Project AccountantsIf you would like to be considered for this position, please email your resume in a word document to
