Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting for assigned properties and development projects
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and supporting schedules
- Support accounting activities related to development and construction projects
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and financial reporting requirements
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with Project Accountants, Accounting Managers, and operational teams
- Support a variety of asset classes across the company's diverse portfolio
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2-5 years of accounting experience
- Public accounting and/or audit experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Stable employment history demonstrating progression and commitment
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
