Project Accountant
Salary: $85,000-$100,000 DOE
Location: Hybrid | Tacoma, WA

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:
- Set up and maintain projects within the ERP system, including rate tables
• Manage project billings, accounts receivable, and collection activities
• Process and reconcile general ledger transactions and accounting entries
• Review contracts, subcontracts, and subcontractor compliance requirements
• Process subcontractor payments and maintain positive vendor relationships
• Support Project Managers with financial reporting and project closeout activities
Qualifications for the Project Accountant:
- 3+ years of experience in project accounting, construction accounting, or general ledger accounting
• Experience supporting construction projects and project-based financial reporting
• Strong account reconciliation and financial analysis skills
• Experience with Vista/Viewpoint software preferred
• State project experience preferred
