We are working with a stable and growing employee-owned organization, is seeking a Project Accountant to join its accounting team in a newly created position. This role was added due to company growth and offers the opportunity to work closely with project teams while supporting job costing, billing, reporting, and project financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Project Managers to provide accurate job cost and financial information
- Support project billing, invoicing, collections, and cost tracking
- Assist with reporting and financial analysis for active projects
- Serve as a liaison between accounting and operations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
Qualifications
- Some accounting experience preferred
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Project Coordinator or project support experience will be considered
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Construction or project-based industry experience is a plus
- Experience with Spectrum is a plus
- Eager to learn, coachable, and interested in long-term career growth
