• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across multiple construction jobs
• Prepare job cost reports, variance analysis, and profitability tracking
• Oversee billing, AIA invoicing, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Partner with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control
• Maintain and optimize project data within Sage Intacct

• 3+ years of project accounting experience in construction
• Experience with an ERP system like Sage Intacct, Deltek, or Timberline
• Strong knowledge of job costing, WIP, and construction billing (AIA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
