Project Accountant
Salary: $80,000–$95,000 base + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Project Accountant:
- Manage and maintain the general ledger for assigned projects
- Lead and execute month-end close processes
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable for accuracy
- Support audit and tax-related activities
Qualifications for the Project Accountant:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of accounting experience within property management or real estate
- Experience owning month-end close and general ledger responsibilities
- ERP exposure preferred (Yardi a plus)
