What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of project accounting experience
- Experience with AIA billing
- Working knowledge of Yardi
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, general ledger, job costs, and project financial reporting
- xhqgsiq Experience with contracts, change orders, commitments, and lien releases
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree
