A great opportunity for a Project Accountant to join a growing real estate private equity and development team in Charlotte.
This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys owning the accounting side of development projects while partnering closely with project managers, contractors, vendors, and third-party accounting teams.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of project accounting experience
- Experience with AIA billing
- Working knowledge of Yardi
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, general ledger, job costs, and project financial reporting
- Experience with contracts, change orders, commitments, and lien releases
- Strong Excel skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Bachelor’s degree
