Progressive Care Registered Nurse (Step-Down Unit)

As a Step Down Nurse at TriStar Health, you’ll care for acutely ill patients transitioning from ICU-level care, providing close monitoring, frequent assessments, and evidence-based interventions. You’ll manage complex medications, telemetry, and post-surgical care while collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the broader care team.
