Programmer AnalystUsing discretion and judgment, the Junior programmer analyst will collaborate with the Compliance Technology and Data team in strategic and tactical technology initiatives. This role will function as a key programmer in the department’s automation initiatives and data analysis/reporting initiatives.Principal Responsibilities:20% Business Requirement AnalysisUnderstanding business requirementsDocumentation (MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio)40% Coding/DevelopmentPythonWeb/GUI technologiesSQLTableauSharePoint30% Testing and ImplementationCreating test casesUnit testingAssist in QA10% Project CoordinationCoordination with IT teamsCreate and maintain documentationRequired Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in IT related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering etc.) Strong Python development skills 5+ years’ work experience in Python, SQL/Databases and Web/GUI technologies Knowledgeable in SharePoint and MS Excel Familiarity with building data visualization dashboards using Tableau. Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technology and apply it to achieve business objectives. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in the organization.
