We are actively recruiting for a Program Support Specialist for our Enforcement Program. This Program Support Specialist performs high-level administrative services and program support by providing critical data and records management, QA/QC data entry, proofing and editing crucial documents, handling important communications and information requests, conducting research, and performing website maintenance. This position also performs support functions such as mail processing, assisting visitors, managing main phone lines, inventory management, purchasing, and scheduling travel, meetings, or events.
Applicants will need significant skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe and the ability to learn and manage databases. Enforcement is a strong, caring, and highly communicative team that needs a great Program Support Specialist who enjoys playing a critical role in the operations of an organization.
