Program Support Analyst IIKoniag Professional Services LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Support Analyst II with a Secret security clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will work under the guidance of onsite Government management to identify trends and synthesize data into actionable information for senior decision-makers.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Maintain executive calendars and coordinate large volumes of information for the Executive OfficeEnsure deadlines for memoranda and briefing papers are consistently metEvaluate business workflows and make practical recommendations for process improvementsAssist management in implementing and validating process changesIdentify relevant trends through data analysis and perform follow-up investigationsDevelop dashboards to track the remediation of issues and monitor key performance indicatorsProvide formal management briefings, findings, and detailed project reporting to senior managementConduct comparative process assessments across locations to identify standardization opportunitiesFacilitate knowledge transfer of best practices across the organizationTrack the status of taskers and inform personnel of overdue items or upcoming deadlines per Department proceduresDraft white papers and analytical reports for high-level executive reviewDesign and execute business process studies and perform data mining activitiesSupport change management initiatives and facilitate the adoption of new or revised work processesManage elite projects or special taskers with accuracy and attention to detailEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityMinimum of six (6) years of experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, or Business AnalystFour (4) years of experience supporting executive-level personnelFour (4) years of experience in business process reengineeringSix (6) years of experience utilizing MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and PublisherTwo (2) years of experience using and managing MS SharePoint sitesAdvanced level experience using MS Access, including setting up pivot charts, scripting, and advanced functionsRequired Skills and Competencies:Excellent analytical skills with the ability to design and execute business process studies, extract and analyze data patterns, and perform data miningStrong communication skills with the ability to effectively and confidently interact with high-level executivesExceptional written communication skills, including the ability to draft white papers, analytical reports, and executive-level memorandaSuperior organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage simultaneous workflowsExperience with change management techniques that facilitate the adoption of new or revised work processesAbility to work independently and manage projects at a headquarters levelProven ability to manage high-priority projects or special taskers with accuracy and attention to detailStrong problem-solving skills with the capacity to identify trends and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendationsProficiency in creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findingsDemonstrated ability to conduct comparative assessments and identify standardization opportunitiesExcellent attention to detail with strong quality assurance capabilitiesAbility to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
