Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Program Support Analyst I with a Secret Security clearance to support KAD and our government customer at Washington, DC. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity. Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a highly qualified Program Support Analyst I. This role provides critical project and management analysis support to the Client. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience supporting executive-level personnel in a government environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously. The Program Support Analyst Level I will serve as a key liaison and project management professional supporting the PPT Executive Office under the direct guidance of the onsite Government management team. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-level government headquarters environment. Principal responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Prepare complex written communications, specialized documents, and executive correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Excel) and SharePointManage "elite" projects and special taskers assigned by Government leadership with high accuracy and attention to detailProvide formal management briefings, findings, and recommendations to executive-level personnelPrepare detailed project reporting and monthly status updates for senior leadership reviewCoordinate large volumes of incoming information for the PPT Executive Office, ensuring all memoranda, briefing papers, and taskers meet strict Department formats and deadlinesMaintain complex calendars and appointments for the PPT Deputy Assistant Secretary and Managing DirectorsTrack and monitor the status of all internal and external correspondence;
review incoming documents and disseminate information to relevant stakeholdersInform personnel of upcoming deadlines and ensure all documentation adheres to specific Department procedures and internal control standardsProvide flexible administrative support including escorting visitors, managing high-level calls, and supporting representational events or conferencesMaintain constant awareness of security protocols, including protection of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and safeguarding sensitive dataStrictly adhere to the Passport Internal Controls Guide and Standards of Conduct Education and Experience RequirementsRequired:Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institutionMinimum of six (6) years of experience as a Management Consultant, Project Manager, or Business Analyst in a professional office environmentAt least four (4) years of experience providing direct support to executive-level personnelMinimum of five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher)Demonstrated advanced-level experience in MS SharePoint for daily data input and site maintenanceActive SECRET security clearance U.S. Citizenship Required Skills and CompetenciesExceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with high-level Government executivesSuperior organizational skills and ability to prioritize and organize multiple simultaneous workflow dutiesStrong professional work ethics and attention to detailProven ability to manage complex projects and "taskers" at a Headquarters (HQ) levelAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePointAbility to prepare formal management briefings, findings, and recommendationsStrong understanding of government documentation formats, procedures, and internal control standardsAbility to work independently while taking directions from senior government leadershipDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriatelyStrong calendar management and scheduling skillsAbility to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high quality standardsPhysical ability to lift and transport materials up to 45 lbs.
